It’s more like a salad dressing, in that it’s a thick vinaigrette—soybean oil, vinegar, sugar, prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and spices. It’s sweet and tangy and goes great on a salad. A vinegar-based sauce rather than a tomato-based sauce, which can burn and add an acrid taste to barbecue.
