In-Store Pickup
**Orders placed online through Registries do not allow store pick-up. Please contact your preferred pick-up location and request to speak with the Gift Shop to place the order over the phone.
Besides having your order shipped to you, we’re proud to offer free in-store pickup at either of our Houston locations. Products that are eligible for in-store pickup will be marked on their individual pages, above the add to cart button. If a product has options, such as size or color, you will need to select the necessary options to see if that specific item is available for pickup.
If an item is available for pickup, the time shown is an estimate of when one (1) of that item would be available for pickup if purchased immediately. This time is automatically calculated using item inventory levels, store hours, holiday schedules, and other information. Most items are available for pickup within 24-48 hours, and many are ready in as few as 3 hours!
When you add an item to your cart and add your billing details to the checkout page we will show an even more accurate pickup time estimate, taking into consideration the quantity of the item in your cart, and the availability of all items in your cart as a whole. If an item in your cart is not available for pickup, then your cart as a whole will not be available for pickup. If that happens, you can either have your entire order shipped directly to you, or you can remove the item that isn’t available for pickup.
When you place your order, you will see a final pickup estimate on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. This is only an estimate—You will receive another email to let you know when your order is available for pickup at your selected store. Most orders will be ready by or before their estimated time, but exceptions could occur due to inventory problems or other unforeseen circumstances. The estimated time does not include personalized or gift-wrapped items. Please allow additional time for these items.
Please wait for the “your order is ready for pickup” email. If you come to the store before then, your order won’t be available.
To pick up your order, let any sales associate or cashier know that you are here to pick up an order and they will be able to assist you.
