Harar is the wild cousin of Ethiopian coffee. From the Hararghe district of Eastern Ethiopia, the ripened beans are picked whole and undergo “dry processing” by laying out in the sun. Medium roast. Sold in 1-pound (16oz) bags. Please indicate preferred grind.
